Returns & Refunds
At OneStop, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be handled with care. If an issue arises, our return and refund process is simple and transparent.
Returns
- Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order.
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- To qualify, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of the damage.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account within 3–5 working days.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may only return eligible items for a refund as per the conditions above.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at: OneStop@gmail.com
Important Notes
- No refunds or returns are accepted without an unboxing video.
- After the 24-hour window, we cannot accept return or cancellation requests.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer.
