- We are a general store offering products in categories like home & kitchen, skincare & beauty, electronics, and gadgets.

- Availability of products is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if items are unavailable.
3. Orders & Payments
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
- No extra charges are applied for COD orders.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship only within Pakistan.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Free shipping applies to orders above Rs. 3000.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required for all return claims.
- Customers must bear return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account within 3–5 working days after inspection.
- No exchanges are offered at this time.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at onestop@gmail.com
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.
8. Customer Responsibilities
